I founded D&S Tech Group because I wanted to help people fix their technology issues without breaking the bank. I know how frustrating it can be when something stops working, and I believe getting professional IT help shouldn't have to cost a fortune.
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience working with technology. My experience includes computer troubleshooting and repair, hardware and software support, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, networking, device setup, and general IT support.
Over the years, I've worked on everything from simple everyday computer problems to larger IT projects. No issue is too small, and I always take the time to understand the problem and find the best solution.
I started D&S Tech Group to give individuals, families, and small businesses someone they can trust when they need technology help. I believe in being straightforward, explaining things in a way that makes sense, and never trying to sell someone something they don't need.
My goal is simple: provide reliable IT support, solve the problem, and keep it affordable.
Mike Santos — Co-Founder, D&S Tech Group
Mike has spent 7 years building deep, hands-on IT experience across healthcare, MSP, and enterprise environments, from Tier 1 help desk work to leading network and systems operations for a multi-site organization. He's managed everything from firewalls and switches to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure, and he's handled his share of security incidents along the way, including phishing investigations, keeping calm and methodical no matter the pressure.
What sets Mike apart isn't just the technical depth, it's how he treats people. He believes good IT support means showing up on time, explaining things clearly, and treating every customer with the same respect whether the fix takes five minutes or five hours.
Mike started D&S Tech Group to bring that same professionalism and reliability to homes and small businesses in Putnam, CT and beyond. No jargon, no runaround, just dependable help from someone who takes the work seriously and treats people right.
